We have made this for the unsigned artist(s) to go as direct to shop as possible, without the headaches and struggle of uploads, metadatas, and all the other distributive stuff. Promo tools are included to help artists land adverts and front page feeds on the shops, mastering and engineering services are available upon request at a discount rate, and all you have to do is send your artwork, along with the album or eps tracks to us, then we will take care of the rest and be sure it is released on time for your requested release date! We can assign territory restrictions for each release, each release and its tracks will have EAN and ISRC numbers given to them, and all of the copyrights remain 100% in the musicians hands. Xd Records is a Record label bringing you the best in Shoegaze/Nugaze, Trip Hop, Electronica and Down Tempo from such artists as Bloody Knives, Music For Headphones, bliss.city.east, Morpheme, SPC ECO, Crying Vessel and many more.

I would like to start off this first “News Update” with some information regarding some upcoming releases set to launch in September 2011 with Morphemes debut full length album that will feature some very special guests.
